The President of The Sahibzada Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd. on behalf of Executive Committee of Society “The Sahibzada Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd. Sector-70, Mohali (Pb).” invites Physical bids on two bid system (Technical Bid & Financial Bid) on percentage basis from the registered Contractors of appropriate Class of PWD (B&R) Branch/Railways/ C.P.W.D./ M.E.S./ PUDA/Punjab Mandi Board and Chandigarh Administration for the work as below:

Multi-Storeyed Flats for The Sahibzada Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd. at Sector-70, Mohali (Pb) including internal & external water supply and sanitary installation, Drainage work, Rain water Harvesting pits, Horticulture work, Deep Tube well and Internal Electrical Installations and external Electrical works, Street light etc.

08-02-2025; 11:00 AM to 2:30PM for technical bid and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM for financial bid
Conditions:
Bidders have to pay the EMD, Tender Form Fee Rs. 2000/- & processing fee Rs. 5000/-.
Interested bidders can purchase the tender documents from office of The Sahibzada Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd., H. No. 131 FF Ph-2, Mohali (Pb). Please fill it and post/submit the completed tender document to society office. Bidders /Contractors shall attach scanned copies of all the paper, i.e., copies of the certificates as required in Eligibility criteria given in the DNIT.
To qualify for award of the contract, each bidder in its name should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction including electrical, DG sets, Sub-stations, Lifts) equal to or more than Rs. 200crore in each financial year for last three years consecutively. Proof of composite work involving all the above services is to be attached.
Satisfactorily completed in the last Seven years and as a prime contractor (or as a nominated sub- contractor, where the subcontract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, provided further that all other qualification criteria are satisfied) Two similar work of value not less than Rs.100 crore or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 80 Crore.
